With twenty-fours of trial experience, Richard B. Rogich, has become one of the more recognizable names in courtrooms in the greater Chicago area. A member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum and The Society of Trial Lawyers, Mr. Rogich specializes in the prosecution of all facets catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He has successfully obtained multi-million dollar awards and verdict is cases involving construction injuries, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, products liability and premises liability.

Mr. Rogich is a former adjunct professor at IIT/Chicago-Kent College and The John Marshall Law School, where he taught, Trial Advocacy, Lawyering Skills and Medical Malpractice. His cases and accomplishments have been featured in the Chicago Sun-Times, Chicago Tribune, The Daily Herald and The Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. Many other accomplishments have been highlighted by various television news outlets, including ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX , as well as numerous cable television stations. His record $5.6 million dollar verdict in a medical malpractice was recognized in the legal publication Illinois Jury Verdicts as one of the outstanding verdicts in Illinois.

Among many other projects, Mr. Rogich is spearheading nursing home litigation, where abuse and neglect and neglect have become rampant and greed and graft have become endemic.
