A. NARRATIVE
Brian Graber grew up in the Mount Greenwood neighborhood on the south side of Chicago. His father was a Lieutenant with the Chicago Fire Department, his mother is a nurse, and his four brothers are firefighter/paramedics and police officers. Brian is a graduate of Brother Rice High School where he played ice hockey and went on to attend the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where he played college hockey. Brian graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 1999. He tried his first case to verdict less than a week after being sworn in as an attorney obtaining a successful result for his client. Since then, Brian has been involved in numerous jury trials. He has obtained millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients over the years together with Rick and Tim in all matters of complex personal injury litigation and employment law.
Brian is dedicated to representing those who have been victimized by nursing homes, big corporations, insurance companies, hospitals, and physicians. He is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and concentrates in representing clients in complex personal injury litigation including nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, product liability, construction negligence, premises liability, liability for criminal acts of a third party, trucking & auto collisions, and employment law.
